A practical first-session order
- Open the top-right menu, choose Codes and claim a code before planning purchases. Keep race rerolls separate from resources for your grimoire.
- Take an available quest and read its target before fighting. Stay with manageable enemies while learning your spell timings and dodge.
- Watch Book Level as you fight. Book Lv 10 and Book Lv 20 unlock new spells; another spin is not required for those unlocks.
- Once normal fights feel comfortable, inspect awakening requirements and start keeping the materials and boss Spell Pages you need.
Before spending your resources, try the code list and redemption steps.
For the complete book roster, find your book in the grimoire directory.
The shoreline route in the walkthrough
CHALLS demonstrates the opening Trouble on the Shore quest by fighting wild monkeys near the shoreline. Use the video to recognise the quest interaction and the nearby combat area. Follow the objective shown in your own quest panel rather than carrying over an old reward amount or enemy count.
The useful habit is accepting the task first, then fighting its target. After the objective completes, follow its turn-in instructions before taking another task. If a fight repeatedly knocks you out, return to an easier target and practise dodging instead of making every attempt a boss fight.
Four kinds of progress to keep apart
| Progress | What to watch | Next purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Player level | Your character's level | Player Lv 250 opens the PvP Arena |
| Book Level | The level of your grimoire | New spells at Book Lv 10 and 20 |
| Awakening | Completed awakenings | The fifth awakening unlocks the ultimate |
| Rank | Your rank progression | Auras and stat buffs across 17 ranks |
To plan the next unlock, choose the checkpoint you need next.
When preparing your next awakening, plan materials and Spell Pages.
Spend for a goal
Decide whether your immediate problem is missing spells, a difficult fight or a book you want to try. A race reroll changes a different part of your build; it does not replace book levelling or an awakening. Save it until you understand the options on the race screen.
The wider game includes island bosses, the Dungeon and broom races. You do not need to solve every system in the opening session. Finish a useful checkpoint, then pick a new activity rather than spreading your resources across several unfinished goals.
Before changing your race, understand race rerolls before using them.
