Level unlock or awakening?
| Your goal | Progress to check | What advances it |
|---|---|---|
| Unlock the next ordinary spell | Book Lv 10 or Book Lv 20 | Fight to level your book |
| Improve awakened combat performance | Your next awakening | Gather its materials and boss Spell Pages |
| Unlock the ultimate | Five completed awakenings | Complete the fifth awakening |
| Enter the PvP Arena | Player Lv 250 | Advance your character level |
To plan the next unlock, keep the progression tracks separate.
Prepare one awakening at a time
Start from the requirements displayed for the book you actually use. Write down each item name, its required quantity and the amount already in your inventory. That gives you a shopping list for your next farming session, without treating another player's recipe as your own.
Split that list into items you can gather and Spell Pages you need from bosses. Finish a manageable material gap first, then choose a boss goal. Before spending, return to the requirement screen and check the full list together. An ultimate goal is easier to plan as a series of completed awakenings than as one large pile of resources.
- Check the selected grimoire before collecting or spending materials.
- Track required and owned quantities separately.
- Treat boss Spell Pages as their own farming target.
- After an awakening, inspect the next requirements rather than assuming they repeat.
When the book feels stuck
A book below its next spell checkpoint has a straightforward goal: more combat to raise Book Level. If you already reached the relevant spell level, move your attention to awakening requirements instead of assuming a fresh spin is the only way forward.
For a boss you cannot comfortably fight, work on normal combat and your available spells first. Practise avoiding attacks and keeping a usable spell sequence. This is preparation advice, not a promise that a particular book level guarantees a boss kill.
For the first steps in-game, return to the early combat route.
For the complete book roster, review the current book roster.
What the fifth awakening changes
The fifth awakening is the ultimate checkpoint. It is not the same as reaching Book Lv 20, and Player Lv 250 is the Arena entry checkpoint rather than the ultimate requirement. Keep those numbers attached to the right progress bar when planning your next session.
After completing the fifth awakening, inspect the ultimate and practise using it before making a PvP build decision. A rarer book still needs to suit the way you fight; do not spend a new code reward just because a tier chart places it above your current choice.
Before spending your resources, collect available code rewards.
When choosing between books, compare grimoire goals.
