Three different kinds of progress
Book Lv 10 and 20 unlock new spells on the book you already own. You do not need another spin for those unlocks.
Awakening uses materials and boss Spell Pages. Each stage improves damage and critical chance; the fifth opens your ultimate.
Player level 250 opens PvP Arena. Book levels and race rerolls do not replace that player-level requirement.
